LATAM Multinational Desk Leader 

Responsible for driving growth through strategic sales to multinational organizations in the North America and Europe. Main goal is to discover, generate and convert new business opportunities in Human Capital and Risk Capital. Active hunting and prospection of new clients, management of sales initiatives in the region and support the company in the strategy and best practices in sales, consolidating business opportunities in companies North America and Europe. 

There are two open opportunities, each to manage one of the regions (North America and Europe).

These are hybrid roles with the flexibility to work both virtually and from our Brazil or Mexico office.

What the day will look like

- Responsible for achievement of a sales budget for new business shadowed with sub-regions

- Connection and networking with different regions of Aon to facilitate the inbound of new business into Latin America through the AAU strategy

- Responsible for the creation, management and development of the sales pipeline, consolidating common business opportunities between countries and pursuing it

- Development of the full sales cycle from prospection to client onboarding

- Lead and support new client implementation in partnership with peers from client facing team

- Support Latin American countries in strategic prospections, meetings and RFPs

- Project management and leadership of regional RFPs

- Elaborate presentations and sales pitch materials such as capabilities, value proposition and commercial proposals

- Networking with regional contacts to uncover new business opportunities

- Participation in events and webinars of topics related to the industry in order to expand the knowledge and networking

- Act as a leader within countries and local colleagues helping them deliver the best solutions, putting together the best talents of Aon in order to have the right resources in sales processes and RFPs

- Work in partnership with regional Marketing to develop and implement webinars, events and content to prospects and clients, creating competitive advantages in the market

- Work in partnership with Sales Enablement to generate the sales pipeline and its management through current CRM tool

- Work in partnership with Solution Lines to develop new products and capabilities

- Provide support and “sales coaching” to local teams

- Organize, coordinate, collaborate and participate in international roadshows to key Aon offices and clients

Educated to university degree level;

Advanced English language communication skills;;

Spanish will be considered an advantage;

Broad knowledge insurance related technical aspects;

Knowledge about finance and P&L management;

Knowledge about health & benefits environment;

Experience in working with foreigners and different cultures across the globe;

Exceptional communication skills, to convey key messages to teams and management;

Demonstration of leadership qualities.
